Hampton, VA

The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) awarded Visual Connections a contract for the installation of a new security surveillance system, an escort system, a new dispatch center, and construction of new site infrastructure at the Hampton VAMC in Hampton, VA.  Additionally, the project also includes four (4) separate remote sites in Chesapeake, VA; Virginia Beach, VA; Norfolk, VA; and Elizabeth City, NC.

PDDM Solutions was contracted to provide on-site project management, services to have oversight of the project between the Government and Visual Connections.  Our services included project management, product submittals, scheduling, communications, change management, risk mitigation, drafting/design, safety, inventor control, and post-installation services.
