The Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) awarded Visual Connections a contract for the installation of a new security surveillance system at the Martinsburg VAMC.

PDDM Solutions was contracted to provide on-site project management, services to have oversight of the project between the Government and Visual Connections.  Our services included project management, product submittals, scheduling, communications, change management, risk mitigation, drafting/design, safety, inventor control, and post-installation services.
