The PDDM Story

PDDM Solutions was formed in 2017 by Christopher Kujawa, President of PDDM Solutions. Mr. Kujawa graduated from Youngstown State University studying both Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Upon graduating in 2005, Mr. Kujawa started his design career providing civil engineering and site development engineering for both public and private companies for multiple types of commercial and government facilities and industries. Throughout the design phase of Mr. Kujawa’ s career, his career path led him to providing Project Management, Program Management, and Construction Management for a variety of projects and clients located within the United States and International. Mr. Kujawa spent several years working in Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, which led him coming back to the United States to continue developing his engineering and construction management career working for both Owners/ Developers and Contractors. Having the opportunity to work for both Owners/ Developers and Contractors and both in the Private and Public Sector, Mr. Kujawa formed PDDM Solutions to provide Construction and Project Management Services, which has further led to the expansion of PDDM Solutions to offer Engineering/Environmental Design and Permitting Services and WorkForce Professional Staffing and Recruiting. The PDDM Solutions Team has grown and continues to grow because of their hard work and dedication to providing the best services to our clients.

In March 2022, PDDM Solutions celebrated its 5th Anniversary, and the company now has three divisions as it continues to grow:

  • CM Group (Construction Management)
  • Engineering/ Environmental Permitting
  • Workforce Solutions (Staffing/ Recruiting)

CONSTRUCTION/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT—Provides comprehensive construction and project management services for all related design and construction activities to ensure the highest level of quality and service. PDDM’s professional staff works hard to provide clients with PROJECT PEACE OF MIND for clients by managing projects through pre-design, conceptual design, design documentation, construction documentation, bid/negotiation, construction, and project closeout.

ENGINEERING/ ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE—Our Engineering and Environmental groups work with our clients to offer cost-effective and reliable solutions to achieve our client’s projects and objectives with our clients thru the regulatory requirements and the permitting and compliance process to minimize any burden on our clients throughout the process.

WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS—Our WorkForce Solutions group works with clients to learn what their “specific” staffing needs are and then does the hard work of sourcing, pre-screening, and placing successful candidates with those companies.  The Workforce team can provide staffing services for most industries and specializes in engineering, construction, and manufacturing.
