Guantanamo Bay, Cuba

PDDM Solutions was contracted by the Centerra Group to be the Designer of Record (DOR) to design and manage the proposed improvements to two fueling stations located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  The two fuel stations (Leeward and Windward) proposed improvements to the existing facilities that included, but were not limited to: New structural steel canopy, interior and exterior lighting and electrical improvements, HVAC, telecommunications, and plumbing.  As the DOR, we collaborated with our client and NAVFAC to design the fuel station improvements and manage all submittals and designs throughout the design and construction phase and provided final as-builds upon project closeout.
