PDDM Solutions was contracted by the Short Creek Sportsman Club as the Owners Representative (OR) to oversee the design and construction of their proposed steel and concrete dock.  The structure comprised of a concrete slab over steel metal deck over steel beams supported on H-Piles. A section of the dock cantilevered out over the pond to provide additional space for fishing.

As the OR, our services include collaboration of the design with the owner and all design consultants, governing agencies, and the contractor.  Furthermore, outside of the pre-construction phase services, our services extend into managing the construction, inspections, change management, RFI’s, and project closeout services.
