Coraopolis, PA

PDDM Solutions was contracted to evaluate and perform a Property Condition Assessment on the old ADT Facility located in Coraopolis, PA.  Our services were obtained by Studio SMC, a consultant providing services to R&R Express, who was interested in purchasing the former ADT Facility and renovating existing areas within the building.  The assessment included evaluation of all existing exterior and interior finishes, equipment, life-cycle, maintenance, and overall costs that the new owner could anticipate in order to purchase and renovate the existing building.
