Sewickly, PA

The Ridge Forest residential development is located in the Borough of Franklin Park.  The development consisted of both single-family homes and town houses, basketball courts, gathering areas, playgrounds, and walking trails.

PDDM Solutions was contracted by the developer to provide project management, construction management and scheduling services to have oversight of the project closeout between the municipality and the Home Owners Association (HOA). Project closeout services included, but were not limited to: Collaboration with the HOA, the municipality and municipal engineer, and contractors to obtain estimates and schedule remaining work to be completed in order to close-out the developer’s agreement and release all remaining bonding.
